Moved all JSON functions to the TCEFJson class

- Added TCEFJson.SaveToFile and TCEFJson.LoadFromFile functions
- Added more code comments to DOMVisitor
- Replaced all the code to save the browser preferences in TChromiumCore with the new TCEFJson functions
