Added touch gestures to the KioskOSRBrowser demo

- Removed TCEFSentinel from the KioskOSRBrowser demo
- Added the -dUseCThreads compiler option to the Lazarus demos in Linux.
- Replaced panel by TLayout in the SimpleFMXBrowser demo.
