	Implement JACK input device.
Patch by Olivier Guilyardi list samalyse com. See the thread: "[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] libavdevice: JACK demuxer". Originally committed as revision 18322 to svn://svn.ffmpeg.org/ffmpeg/trunk
