lavu/mem: add av_dynarray_add_nofree function
av_dynarray_add_nofree function have similar functionality as existing av_dynarray_add, but it doesn't deallocate memory on fails. Signed-off-by: Lukasz Marek <lukasz.m.luki@gmail.com>
