Width, Height and Sample Rate should be in the AdaptationSet tag
only if all the contained representations have the same width,
height and sampling rate. Otherwise they should go into the
Representation tag. This patch adds this functionality and a fate
test for the same.

Fix incorrect bandwidth computation in some cases. When the cue end
descriptor is null (i.e.) start_time_ns == -1, existing bandwidth
computed (if any) should be returned rather than returning 0.

Fix an incorrect hard code in cues_end computation. Updating the fate
test reference files related to the fix as well. The earlier computation
was clearly wrong as the cues_end field was greater than the file size
itself in some cases.

Ensure that cues_start and cues_end are always initialized and
the webm_dash_manifest_cues function returns appropriate error if
they are not computed correctly.

This patch adds the ability to generate WebM DASH manifest XML using
ffmpeg. A sample command line would be as follows:

It works by exporting necessary fields as metadata tags in matroskadec
and use those values to write the appropriate XML fields as per the WebM
DASH Specification [1]. Some ideas are adopted from webm-tools project
[2].

Fix a change that was broken by [1]. Cues must be added for audio frames
on cluster start for WebM when the DASH flag is passed. Restoring
correct functionality.

Opus in WebM is no more experimental as we have everything necessary in
the container writing code as per the spec. So removing the experimental flag.
Note that we removed the experimental suffix from the CodecId field long
ago ( http://goo.gl/O0TYRB ).

seek_preroll field is added to the AVCodecContext struct. It indicates
the number of samples to be discarded whenever there is a discontinuity.
The minor version is bumped accordingly.

Adds the end trimming value (duration to be trimmed from the end
of the file due to padding) to the packet's side data. This is
then made use by the muxer to put the value in the container.

In order to represent the codec delay accurately in Matroska, a
new element CodecDelay has been introduced. It contains the
overall delay added by the codec in nanoseconds. This patch adds
support for muxing CodecDelay value in the container.

Support for end trimming Opus in Matroska is implemented by using
the DiscardPadding container element in the Block data. The last
chunk is stored as a Block instead of SimpleBlock and the
trimming information is stored and used to discard samples that
were padded by the Opus codec. This patch adds support for muxing
DiscardPadding element into the container with appropriate value.

This patch adds support for encoding VP8 files with alpha. The alpha channel
is encoded separately and the output is placed in AVPacket's side_data. The
muxer then muxes it into the BlockAdditional element of the matroska container.

Matroska specification lists support for BlockAdditional element
which is not supported by ffmpeg's matroska parser. This patch
adds grammar definitions for parsing that element (and few other
related elements) and then puts the data in AVPacket.side_data
with new AVPacketSideDataType AV_PKT_DATA_MATROSKA_BLOCKADDITIONAL.
