Stefano Sabatini 755472124f lavf/mpegtsenc: write metadata descriptor for timed ID3 packets 
This is required since some programs are not able to correctly recognize
the metadata. See H.222, 2.6.58 Metadata pointer descriptor.

putstr8() is modified in order to allow to skip writing the string
length.

Set the stream_id to 0xbd (private_stream_id_1). Tools seem to assume
that value, and this is consistent with MPEG TS specification (ITU-T
H.222.0 section 2.12.3).

Stefano Sabatini 14f7a3d55a lavc/lavf: transmit stream_id information for mpegts KLV data packets 
This allows to copy information related to the stream ID from the demuxer
to the muxer, thus allowing for example to retain information related to
synchronous and asynchronous KLV data packets. This information is used
in the muxer when remuxing to distinguish the two kind of packets (if the
information is lacking, data packets are considered synchronous).

The fate reference changes are due to the use of
av_packet_merge_side_data(), which increases the size of the output
packet size, since side data is merged into the packet data.

Stefano SabatiniandVittorio Giovara e2ad0b66fa imgutils: create misc functions for dealing with buffers 
Move the lavc/imgconvert functions and rename them as follows:
  avpicture_get_size -> av_image_get_buffer_size()
  avpicture_fill     -> av_image_fill_arrays()
  avpicture_layout   -> av_image_copy_to_buffer()

The new functions have an align parameter, which allows to define the
linesize alignment assumed in the buffer (which is set or read).

The names of the functions are consistent with the lavu/samples API
(av_samples_get_buffer_size(), av_samples_fill_arrays()).

A redundant check has been dropped from av_image_fill_arrays().

Stefano Sabatini aade9884e9 lavfi/apad: fix logic when whole_len or pad_len options are specified 
In particular, allow pad_len and whole_len to have value set to 0, which
means that no padding will be added. Previously a value set to 0 meant
that that the filter had to pad forever.

The new semantics is clearer, also simplifies scripting since the option
value might be automatically computed, so that no checks need to be done
in case it is 0.

The old semantics was never documented and the logic was broken (the
filter was always adding samples indefinitely), so this should not break
backward compatibility.

Stefano Sabatini 462c9ee3ac lavfi/overlay: show incoming frames on debug messages 
This is especially useful to debug queue overflow issues.

Ideally we should be able to set the debug message at the
dualinput/framesync level, but they do not have the information related
to the filter context and the inlink, so cannot access much useful
information.
