Mina Nagy ZakiandAnton Khirnov 88c3b87bd8 lavfi: deprecate default config_props() callback and refactor avfilter_config_links() 
Link properties have to be checked after config_props() is called to
make sure everything is sane, so the default config_props() for output
links was redundant.

Remove now empty defaults.c

Mina Nagy ZakiandAnton Khirnov 11b6a82412 lavfi: avfilter_merge_formats: handle case where inputs are same 
This fixes a double-free crash if lists are the same due to the two
merge_ref() calls at the end of the (useless) merging that happens.
