Måns Rullgård 733a6d8360 Remove mp4psp regression test 
The PSP MP4 format requires an AAC audio stream, so until
we have an AAC encoder we cannot test this format.

The existing test is broken and does not actually use the
PSP format.

Måns Rullgård 76a448ed4f Install headers in $prefix/include/$libname 
Install each library's headers in $prefix/include/$libname.
The installed headers use #include "lib*/*.h"; applications
are expected to do the same.

Specify only $prefix/include in .pc files.
