Each fate-seek test depends now only on the corresponding fate-acodec,
fate-vsynth2 or fate-lavf test which creates the file seek-tests
operates on. The tests and references are renamed to match the test they
depend on.
This does not seem to have an effect currently. Fate-h264 passes with
THREADS=1..16 and both threading types as before. It fixes however a
segfault during error resilience with my adaptive-frame-mt patchset.
A picture in use during error resilience gets realloced in another
thread in the fuzzed sample sample_varPAR.avi_s226019.
Scaling the denominator instead of the numerator if it is too large
loses precision. Fixes an assert caused by a negative frame duration in
the fuzzed sample nasa-8s2.ts_s202310.

Dropping frames is undesirable but that is the only way by which the
decoder could return to low delay mode. Instead emit a warning and
continue with delayed frames.
Fixes a crash in fuzzed sample nasa-8s2.ts_s20033 caused by a larger
than expected has_b_frames value. Low delay keeps getting re-enabled
from a presumely broken SPS.

Preventing the use of discouraged or 'insecure' external functions
through defines in an internal header is not a good solution. The
header is not guaranteed to be included universally which makes
overlooking bad use of said functions during review more likely.
There are cases were those functions either are the most straight
forward solution or even have to be used. Using malloc or free is
required if the allocation or release is done by other libraries.
SWS_CPU_CAPS are deprecated and slated to removed with libswscale major
version 3. No need to provide a SWS_CPU_CAPS_MMX2 as backward
compatibility define under the same explicit condition.
s->mb_x is reset to zero a couple of lines above. It does not make
sense to call ff_er_add_slice() with 0 as endx when the end of the
macroblock row was reached. Fixes unnecessary and counterproductive
error resilience in https://bugzilla.libav.org/show_bug.cgi?id=394.

Use a different char* for extracting info string from the URL. The
other pointer can be made const then which elimates the need for a
cast and fixes the following warnings:
warning: to be safe all intermediate pointers in cast from ‘char **’ to
‘const char **’ must be ‘const’ qualified [-Wcast-qual]
The options USE_INLINE_TREES, SHOW_DIRECTORIES and HTML_ALIGN_MEMBERS
became obsolete with doxygen 1.8.1 (releaded 2012-05-19). The generated
outpu for older doxygen versions should not change since they were set
to the default value.
Documentation includes only the externally visible API of the installed
headers.

Make just a single reallocation per call instead of one reallocation
per copied chapters. This fixes possible memory leaks on realloc
failures. Also correct the allocation since it needs multiples of
sizeof(AVChapter*) and not sizeof(AVChapter).
Fixes CID700633 and CID700719.
AVFrame.extended_data has to reset to the AVFrame.data of the current
thread context after copying the frame contents.
Fixes crashes with frame-threading after 2bc0de3858.
This occurs with fuzzed mpeg-ts files. set_codec_from_probe_data() is
called with a zeroed AVProbeData since no packet made through for
specific stream.
Adds a flag context_reinit to MpegEncContext to relieable keep track
of frame parameter changes which require a context reinitialization.
This is required for broken inputs which change the frame size but
error out before the context can be reinitialized.
This is mainly required for frame parameter changes during frame based
multithreading but single threaded usage profits too from avoiding
ff_MPV_common_end()/ff_MPV_common_init() cycles.
Prevents dangling pointers and makes access after free more obvious.
Setting AVFrame.qscale_table to NULL is required for successfully
allocating a previously freed Picture with ff_alloc_picture().
The check is bogus since the nuv frameheader is already skipped
and the (decompressed) RTjpeg header is checked.

The number of pixel formats outgrew the number of available bits in
the bitmask used in avcodec_find_best_pix_fmt().
avcodec_find_best_pix_fmt2() uses a PIX_FMT_NONE terminated list
of pixel formats instead.
While these defines are not defined by the C standard they are
standardized as X/Open System Interfaces Extension. We use the
appropiate _XOPEN_SOURCE define to make them available. They
seem to be available on all FATE configs since the constants
are used in files where mathematics.h is not included.
Correct handling of errors to prevent hags or crashes is very complex
otherwise.
The frame initializing is also moved from decode_slice() to
decode_frame() for clarity.
If the dummy frame are not created from a reference frame they could
be deleted untimely resulting in multithreaded decoder waiting on
the current frame to finish.
Noticed by Ronald S. Bultje in the RV34 decoder with a broken file.

The were broken since August of 2010 without anyone noticing until
three weeks ago. Nobody cares about it anymore and hopefully Marvell
will support NEON like in the PXA978 from now on.
The AVOptions based default to threads auto in 2473a45c8
works only if avplay does not use custom option handling
for -threads.

Do not use AVStream's duration for dts generation since it contains in
some cases the duration of the whole file instead of duration of the
samples in the moov. This happens if the mdhd holds the duration of the
whole file but has no entries or a zero duration in its stts.
