de4ec972c0 vc1: fix a memleak. 
Happens on a B-frame when neither low_delay nor last_picture_ptr is set
(probably corrupted streams only).

a553c6a347 lavc: use buf[0] instead of data[0] in checks whether a frame is allocated 
data[0] may be NULL for valid frames with hwaccel pixel formats.
