Luca AbeniandRoberto Togni dea42fdf8d ffmpeg forgets to set AVFormatParameters::pix_fmt when capturing from a 
v4l card.
In other words, if you type ffmpeg -pix_fmt yuv422 -s 352x288 test.avi
the "-pix_fmt yuv422" option will have no effect.
