Stefano Sabatini 143d6a3fa7 lavc: add A|E|D flags to "ac" and "ar" options

Fix setting of the corresponding AVCodecContext fields via
cmdutils.c:filter_codec_opts().
In particular, fix ffplay -ac and -ar options.
