Initially, avcodec/srtenc.c was outputting CRLF [1]. Later, a real SRT muxer was added [2], which outputs LF. The original srtenc.c was converted to use the muxer [3], changing its output to LF, except for newline characters within subtitle text. Fix this to avoid producing SRT files with mixed line endings. FFmpeg is a collection of libraries and tools to process multimedia content such as audio, video, subtitles and related metadata.

Contributing
Patches should be submitted to the ffmpeg-devel mailing list using
git format-patch or git send-email. Github pull requests should be
avoided because they are not part of our review process and will be ignored.
