4271fb3c95 Extension of lobby server functionality
Support for:
- listing of active players
- listing of active rooms
- joining and leaving rooms
- placeholder support for multiple chat rooms
- proxy connections
- invites into private rooms

(only lobby server side for now, client and match server need work)
