Michał W. Urbańczyk 2d01e00284 Added some kind of simple chatting functionality through console. Implemented several WoG cheats equivalents:

* woggaladriel -> vcmiainur 
* wogoliphaunt -> vcminoldor 
* wogshadowfax -> vcminahar 
* wogeyeofsauron -> vcmieagles 
* wogisengard -> vcmiformenos 
* wogsaruman -> vcmiistari 
* wogpathofthedead -> vcmiangband
