- Added CREATURE_SPELL_POWER for commanders
- Added spell modifiers to various spells: Hypnotize (Astral), Firewall (Luna), Landmine
- Fixed ENEMY_DEFENCE_REDUCTION, GENERAL_ATTACK_REDUCTION
