1d5d4e3248 Fixed broken in some cases behavior of "base" entries.
Maps with new objects seems to be working correctly now, objects are
correctly initialized with base values even with null input

df8cce0d61 Declarations and definitions are now separated.
Added explicit int3(si32) c-tor.
Operators like += now return reference to object.
Operator != has now own implementation.
Added dist2SQ for optimization proposes.
areNeighbours now uses dist2SQ
Removed unnecessary comments

b63e00c1bc Merge pull request #14 from vcmi/RMG
Patch integration is now complete. Some simple map objects are placed around and in general it works without crashes.
